The Bond Facility Services is run from our Greenbank office with a Hillcrest warehouse and delivers every critical trade—cleaning, plumbing, and inspections—under one roof.

Our crews live in Logan, Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Toowoomba. That local knowledge keeps travel time low, supports regional jobs, and ensures we understand Queensland weather patterns and regulations.

Launched in Logan, Queensland

The Bond Facility Services started with two crews servicing local shopping centres and strata sites.

Expanded to 24/7 cleaning and plumbing

We added specialist supervisors so Queensland clients could consolidate contractors into one accountable partner.

Inspection teams go statewide

Multiple depots now dispatch crews throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, and Toowoomba.
